Negative Voltage Doubler for bias supply of Sound City amplifiers

This is based on information found on various forums about Hiwatts and such. I put this voltage doubler in a 1973 Sound City Concord combo, which is very similar to the other Sound City "50" series amps. This is also the same simple bias supply found in the Hiwatt 504.
